Clos LaChance Wines LLC

Other Questions

Can I rent the facility for a private event?
Clos LaChance is host to many weddings, private parties and corporate events. Please contact for more details. Note, the Tasting Room is open to the public on the weekdays and weekends, restricting our availability for hosting daytime events including baby showers, bridal showers or brunches.

Can we arrive via a limo, Shuttle or Van?
All large vehicles transporting a group to Clos LaChance need to arrive before 3:00pm. Vehicles of this nature will not be permitted beyond this time.

Can we play Bocce Ball?
The Bocce Ball Court is available on a first-come-first serve basis. If there is a waiting list, guests will be asked to follow the 1-hour time limit on the court. Guests can bring their own Bocce balls, or use Clos LaChance’s equipment. Visit the Tasting Room and speak with a Tasting Room Associate about Bocce availability. Use of the Bocce Ball Court and equipment is free with any wine purchase.

What should I wear?
During the summer months, the winery is quite warm during the day, but can become cooler in the evening with ocean breezes and light winds (it’s why this area is such a great place for growing high quality grapes: hot days, cool evenings!). Layers are suggested. Many music events take place on the grass lawn, so high heels are not recommended.

Are there hotels near the winery?

Is your facility wheelchair accessible?
The Tasting Room and Hospitality facilities are wheelchair accessible.

What is your pet policy?
Dogs on leashes are allowed in the front Garden Patio area of the winery only during normal Tasting Room Hours. The Tasting Room Associates are happy to conduct tastings in the courtyard for owners and their well-behaved dogs. Dogs are not allowed anywhere else on property, including the Tasting Room, the Grand Terrace, the Grand Lawn, the Mulberry Grove or in the vineyards. Pets are not allowed at the winery during public events.
