Clos LaChance produces wines from our 150-acre Estate vineyard in San Martin, CA and the nearby Santa Cruz Mountains. These wines showcase the diversity of varietals that have popularized the Northern Central Coast region and excited winemaker Jason Robideaux. “We have taken considerable time and effort to study our vineyard and plant varietals where they grow best. With so many micro-climates, each wine we produce truly embodies the terroir we’re blessed to work with day after day,” says Robideaux. “And, they reflect true varietal characteristics that wine lovers have come to enjoy.”
These wines are made with the utmost amount of care. Using only the highest quality grapes from the Estate Vineyard in conjunction with the skill and precision of our Winemaking team, these wines are truly award winning. Due to the limited amount of cases made, these wines are often reserved exclusively for Wine Club Members.
With a wide range of varietals, these wines are often considered Clos LaChance’s staples. Made in larger volumes than the Designate Series, these wine are featured in the Wine Club as well as in the Tasting Room and online shop.
Clos LaChance Estate Wines are the only of our wines that are in the market, and not reserved for the Tasting Room. We wanted to give our everyday customers a chance to have access to these wines directly from the winery as they are affordable and perfect for a casual meal at home.
