Cancellation Policy, Effective 6/23/03

All reservation requests are subject to availability, and are only valid upon receipt of a confirmation number via email (or fax) from Clos LaChance Winery. All reservations require your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express number at the time of booking.

To cancel an existing reservation, you must contact Clos LaChance Winery at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday through Friday) prior to the event to receive a full refund. Any cancellations that do not fall into this time frame are subject to a 100% of the amount due.

If there is a waiting list for the specific event you wish to cancel, Clos LaChance will make every effort to fill your seat to avoid charging you the full amount after the cut off date. There are, however, are NO guarantees that we will be able to fill your reservation.   The holding of your reservation with a credit card constitutes your acceptance of this policy.
