2005 Amber's Cuvee Sparkling Wine
2005 Amber's Cuvee Sparkling Wine  -  $40.00
Aromas of crisp green apples and Bosque pears with hints of almonds, gentle pantry spices and slight yeastiness, give this sparkling wine a great nose. The palate runs clean with acidity and is showered with green apples, grapefruit and lime juice with a slight doughiness.  This is a great wine with fresh shucked oysters or some fresh cut strawberries and a delicate cheese.

2006 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
2006 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon  -  $35.00
A dark, opaque, rich ruby red color. So rich in color it almost stains the glass. A very fruit forward nose. Cranberries and black currents with a hint of tobacco, anise and mint leaf. On the mouth, the black currants dominate the palate with dried cranberries and raspberries following as secondary flavors. A peppermint finish with traces of tobacco and vanilla. Bright acidity balances well with the tannins. This will be a great wine to enjoy with a meal.

2007 Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir
2007 Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir  -  $32.00
Bright garnet color with aromas of fresh strawberries, cinnamon, spice and a touch of vanilla. An earthy tone, with a hint of mushroom. The flavors of strawberries carry through, with crème frâiche and notes of coffee and cola. Bright acid and with soft, yet firm tannins. This is a wine that will lay down and age beautifully for 10 years minimum. An intense minerality that is so classic Santa Cruz Mountains rounds out this very balanced, cool climate Pinot Noir. Will pair nicely with lamb, salmon with balsamic sauce and deep fried turkey.

2006 Estate Grenache
2006 Estate Grenache  -  $30.00
This wine is a little on the dark side for a Grenache. But the concentration of fruit is incredible. Aromas of ripe strawberry and rhubarb pie jump out of the glass, followed by undertones of plums, spice and a hint of vanilla. The strawberry component follows through in the palate, but other red fruits are also apparent. Raspberry and red cherry. The finish is long and has notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. This wine has a very balanced acid and tannin component, making it a great pairing with many foods, including paella, BBQ chicken wings and calamari in tomato sauce.

2006 Estate Petite Sirah
2006 Estate Petite Sirah  -  $28.00
Inky, dark opaque purple with a ruby rim. Rich chocolate, plums and blackberries on the nose, with raspberries, vanilla and spice. This is a wine not for the faint of heart. Big fruit is balanced by chewy tannins and a healthy dose of acid. The fruit stands out−baked blackberries and a little blueberry. A spicy finish. This wine begs for rich, hearty meals. Try it with a lasagne or steak au poivre.

2007 Estate Syrah
2007 Estate Syrah  -  $28.00

A deep, opaque ruby color. Aromas of cherries, blackberries, smoke, dill and leather. A hint of all spice. Flavors of dried blackberries and dried strawberries. Meaty. The acidity and tannins are very balanced, but high. This wine will lay down for a few years. Hints of vanilla on the finish, which is long.

2007 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay
2007 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay  -  $22.00
Pale Yellow, starbright. Aromas of butterscotch, caramel, Pineapple, banana, and toasted marshmallow. A rich, milky caramel flavor meshes well the tropical fruit aspect of the wine. The toasty oak is apparent, but balanced. Mid palate acidity through the finish. The last thing I notice is the minerality component that is so classic Santa Cruz Mountains.

2009 Estate Viognier
2009 Estate Viognier  -  $22.00
*NEW RELEASE* Aromas of strong floral notes and lavender. Tones of stone fruits, grape fruit, honeysuckle and peach cobbler. On the entry, crisp and acidic with citrus flavors. Flavors of lemon zest, orange blossom and carried through with flavors of peach and apricot. The finish is smooth, with traces of nutmeg and vanilla. Pairs well with shrimp with lemon garlic butter, artichoke and parmesan soup, chicken tagine with apricots and almonds, lobster salad with tarragon and fresh oysters.

2007 Late Harvest Zinfandel
2007 Late Harvest Zinfandel  -  $19.00

A dark ruby red/purple. Great legs when I swirl the glass, showcasing the higher alcohol level of this wine. The nose emanates dried cranberries, caramel, maybe a little lavender. A hint of dusty cocoa and spice. On the mouth, flavors of dried cranberries and dark blackberries are interlaced with vanilla and peanuts. The sweetness and the tannins are very balanced. This wine would pair nicely with a chochocolate crème brulee.

NV Zinfandel Port
NV Zinfandel Port  -  $19.00

Dark and rich. Aromas of dark chocolate, cherries, figs, brown sugar and baking spices. A slight floral note. Stewed cherries and milky chocolate, vanilla and jammy plum flavors. The higher alcohol balances well with the residual sugars. Long, velvety finish with a hint of white pepper.
